Hi & thanks for stopping by! We’re Michael & Denise Enriquez, a.k.a. Team Enriquez, and we started Apartment Buddy in 2008 when we moved to San Antonio, TX from the NYC Tri-state area. As happy transplants to the great Alamo City, we serve San Antonians with their real estate needs as well as those who are relocating to San Antonio from all across the country. We are extremely proud to call San Antonio home, and we want to help make the transition to this vibrant city as easy as possible for others.
We named the company Apartment Buddy because we wanted to be seen as a “friend” or “buddy” during the apartment search process. What we are most proud of is that many of our clients come back to us time & time again whenever they’re ready to make another move. Sometimes they need to move to another apartment, townhome or loft for a variety of reasons such as a job change, expanding family, or simply wanting a change of scenery. Other times they reach out to us again because they’re ready to buy a home (yes, as licensed real estate brokers, we assist with home purchases and sales as well).
It’s such an honor when we receive those calls because it tells us we must be doing something right. We are fulfilling our mission to provide value with our real estate expertise in a manner consistent with being a true friend, and that’s what really lights us up!
